Payment transaction for import and export; payment for domestic goods and service where the payment method may take the form of a letter of credit, collection or money transfer

<= 12 months, determined from the days following the disbursement date to the maturity date

Type and condition of collaterals as per the prevailing VIB’s regulations from time to time

Pay at the maturity date

Monthly or quarterly or on the maturity date or as mutually agreed by the parties

Fixed or floating interest rate might be agreed between VIB and domestic financial institutions depending on the market interest rate at the time of the transaction
