Notice Regarding the Suspension of Transactions on organization customer’s current accounts

Based on Circular 17/2024/TT-NHNN on the regulations for opening and using current accounts at Payment Service Providers issued on June 28, 2024, VIB respectfully announces the cases in which the current accounts (CA) of the organization will be temporarily suspended as follows:

Legal Representative (LR)/ Chief Accountant (CA)/ Person in Charge of Accounting (PCA) of the organization has expired identification documents.	- From January 1, 2025, the organization's CA will be temporarily suspended for withdrawal and payment transactions. This applies to both in-branch and electronic transactions. - Transactions initiated by VIB, such as fee collection, loan repayment, credit card debt collection, or fund transfers as required by competent State agencies, are excluded.	If the LR/CA/PCA has expired or is about to have expired identification documents, please update them with valid documents at the nearest VIB Branch/ Transaction Office for assistance.
Legal Representative (LR) has not completed biometric authentication.	- From July 1, 2025, the organization's CA will be temporarily suspended for withdrawal and payment transactions on electronic channels (such as transfers/payments via Internet Banking, VIB Checkout, MyVIB Corp, etc.).	If the LR has not completed biometric information verification, please finalize this process before July 1, 2025, by either • Completing it on the MyVIB app following the instructions here; or • Visiting the nearest VIB branch/transaction office for assistance
