VIB implements outside banking hours transaction service

In order to enhance experience and help customers become more active in terms of time, Vietnam International Bank (VIB) has implemented outside banking hours transaction service at 14 key branches in Hanoi and HCMC. Accordingly, from May 27, VIB will expand transaction hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Monday to Friday (throughout the noon) and from 8:00 am to 12:00 am on Saturday. 

Most of banking transactions have currently been carried out during office hours, not convenient for busy customers, especially office staffs working in big cities (HN & HCMC).

VIB provides customers with full banking and financial services, such as: current account opening, cash transaction, money transfer, deposit, lending, inssurance, credit card opening... Aiming to improve service quality, VIB not only supports customers to actively arrange time, but is also considered as a pioneer in Vietnam to expand transaction hours until 6:00 pm, while few banks in the market implement (throughout the noon).

In addition, VIB has launched many outstanding products and services during this time to aim at the leading in transaction banking including: 30,000 gifts for depositors, waiving cash withdrawal fee at ATM and money transfer fee.

Customers can also use MyVIB Mobile Banking Application or Internet Banking to make basic banking transactions anytime at anywhere, such as: account opening, account inquiry, inter-bank transfer, bill payment, online saving, online airline tickets purchase, online hotel booking, lucky money and e-gifts.
