VIB launches recruitment initiative for 1,200 sales professionals following exceptional 22% credit growth in 2024

Having achieved a remarkable credit growth rate of over 150% compared to the banking sector average in 2024, Vietnam International Bank (VIB) is recruiting 1,200 key sales positions, including Customer Relationship Managers (RMs), across 34 provinces. Accelerating workforce expansion from early 2025
To sustain annual retail business growth of 25%-30%, VIB prioritizes the recruitment of Customer Relationship Managers (1,000 hires), Priority Relationship Managers (PBs), and Sales Managers (SMs).
The recruitment drive will focus on 31 provinces with existing branch networks, including key cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Can Tho, Da Nang, and Hai Phong, as well as expanding into promising regions like Bac Giang, Binh Phuoc, Vinh Long, and Ha Tinh.
Building a high-performing workforce for retail leadership
Recognizing retail banking as a strategic priority, VIB embarked on a 10-year transformation from 2017 to 2026. During this period, VIB has focused on building a robust governance framework, achieving strong and sustainable growth, and maintaining a leading position in several core business segments. Currently, VIB employs 9,100 sales professionals across a workforce of nearly 12,000, serving clients from over 200 branches in 31 provinces. To support its growth plans, VIB aims to onboard 10–15 new business units each year, targeting a network of 250 branches within 3–5 years.
