- VIB has a variety of cash collection methods such as: collecting at VIB's counter, collecting at the customer's place as specified ... with frequency / time according to customers' needs
- Write down a customer account at VIB right on the working day, if collected before the cut-off time (before 15:00 from Monday to Friday and before 10:00)
- Remember to have a customer account on the next working day if collect after cut-off timetime (15:00 - 16:30 from Monday to Friday and 10:00 - 11:00 Saturday) and on holidays and Tet special requirements
