• Having valid sales contract;
• Experience ≥ 3 years;
• The minimum total FMCG purchase volume in the last 12 months or the most recent fiscal year is VND 30 billion.
• Last year's profit > 0.
• Other conditions in accordance with VIB's regulations from time to time.

- Real estate: up to 100%
- Inventory: from 50% - 65% depending on the management method

Limit term: maximum 12 months.
Duration for each dibursement: up to 12 months
Term of payment guarantee and contract performance guarantee: maximum 12 months
