Since starting operation in September 1996, VIB has always considered CSR the responsibility of enterprises for our impacts on society. Focusing mainly on 3 main aspects including education, environment and community development, over the years, VIB has implemented meaningful and practical programs, contributing to the development of society. 

VIB has been implementing activities focusing on Education, Environment, and Community Development including sponsoring for “Nha Ngan hang Tuong lai”, “Rang Danh Dat Viet”, “HitSpot”, “Dinh Cao Tri Tue”; donating for poor people in Can Tho, Kien Giang; donating for the Operation Smile Fund; joining hands to repel the pandemic with the Ministry of Health. VIB also supported “Song va May tinh cho em”, “Nang buoc thu khoa”, “Nuoi duong tai nang Viet” programs. Besides, the Bank joined The Cashless Day. 

VIB was honored as “The Excellence of Corporate Social Responsibility” by the Ministry of Planning and Investment and Economic Forecast Magazine.
