  What should I expect?

• After submitting the application online, by State Bank of Vietnam regulation, we need to identify you before we can activate your account. We can send a VIB staff to your preferred location within HCMC or Hanoi for identification. Alternatively, you can visit any of our branch to identify yourself. Please present your ID Card/Passport to identify yourself.

  What is the process?

• Open an account online in 4 simple steps:
1. Fill up your personal information and account information
2. Choose identification method
3. Review and submit your application
4. Identify yourself at our branch or have VIB send a VIB staff to identify you in HCMC or Hanoi
• Alternatively, you can submit your contact details on this screen and click start and we will have one of our staff contact you

  What do I need to provide?

• You just need to hand us 01 copy of your ID Card/Passport when we identify you
