How can I participate in opening the Lucky Gift Box?

You need to complete Streak 1 to qualify for opening the Lucky Gift Box.

If I miss one of the required steps, will I still receive rewards?

Customers must complete the missions continuously. If a customer misses any day of a challenge segment, they will need to start again from the first day of that segment.

Is there a limit to how many times I can open the Lucky Gift Box?

Earning turns: The total number of chances awarded cannot exceed 5,000 throughout the program.
Using turns:
- Streak 1: Customer has not used any gift openings yet.
- Streak 2: Up to 5 turns to open gift boxes.
- After completing Streak 2: Unlimited gift openings.

How do I claim my rewards?

For cash prizes: Will be credited directly to the customer’s payment account within 15 working days from the end of the program.
For MyVIB Coins: Will be transferred directly to the customer’s MyVIB Rewards account within 15 working days from the end of the program.
For e-Vouchers: Will be provided under the "Gift Management" section of this promotion, including the time validity and conditions for use.
For physical prizes: VIB will send a confirmation email to the customer and directly contact the customer by phone using the registered number within 15 days after the program ends to inform them about the prize, collection time, and procedures.

Where can I view detailed information and the validity period of my rewards?

Customers can review and use their rewards during the program validity period or based on the specific expiration dates for each reward, which are outlined in the "Gift Management" section.
