- <= 100km between VIB Branch operating lending process and customer's address ( permanent address / temporary address ); or  

- <= 100km between VIB Branch operating lending process and customers's property.  
- Be defined by the shortest road distance

• No debt of group 2 or more at the time of loan application; and
• No debt in group 2 more than 3 times in the last 12 months; and
• No debt of group 3 or more in the last 48 months; and
• No credit relationship with more than 05 other credit institutions (excluding credit cards) at the time of loan application; and
• No credit relationship with more than 02 other finance company ( including credit cards) at the time of borrowing; and 
• There is no loan with restructured repayment term at VIB at the time of disbursement.
