VIB currently supports inquiries for completed credit cards application within 30 days on the VIB website or through some channels such as Zalo, Lazada, and Momo. If you have opened a card on MyVIB, you can track the status of your credit card application directly on the MyVIB mobile banking app.

The response time for the approval of your credit card limit is typically 3 to 5 business days from the application date.

The card will be delivered to you within 3-7 business days from the successful card issuance date. In case of suspicion of card loss or prolonged wait, please contact the VIB hotline 1900 2200 (1,000 đ/min) for assistance.
