If the cardholder removes the watch from the wrist or turns off the heart rate monitor, the cardholder must re-enter the passcode before making payment.

When paying, after successfully entering the password, the cardholder can make further payments without entering the password within 24 hours while still wearing the watch. If you remove the watch from your wrist or disable heart rate monitoring, you must enter the passcode again before making a payment.

Locking the card on Garmin Pay will block transactions on Garmin Pay, you will still continue to transact with the physical card.

Please visit the Garmin Connect Mobile app to delete the Wallet and stop using it. If you suspect your credit card has been stolen, please block the card through the MyVIB application or contact Customer Service Hotline 18008195 for support.
