Installment benefitsCustomers participating in the program will be automatically converted to installment payments with interest and preferential fees when the transaction satisfies the selection that the customer has registered with VIB.
Monthly Installment Fees: 0% for the first 3 months and 0.4% for 6 and 9-month terms or 0.8% for 12, 18, 24, and 36-month terms for the remaining months.
Term: Options for terms of 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, and 36 months.
Amount: Optional installment registration amount, minimum from 5 million VND.
Category groups: Applies to the categories Travel, Shopping, Education, Motorcycle, Beauty & Dentistry.
Before making any purchases, customers need to register for the program once via our website here.After successful registration, VIB will review eligible transactions and automatically convert them to installment payments for all qualifying transactions. Notifications regarding the success or failure of the installment conversion will be sent via email/SMS.The refund period for the installment fees of the first 3 months is within 15 days after the fee is incurred.2. Up to 40% discount from VIB Privileges ecosystemReceive more attractive offers when spending at partners in the VIB Privileges ecosystem. These transactions can also be converted to installment.
